Where are Orient watches made?

Orient is a Japanese watch brand founded in 1950. Today, the brand is operated by Seiko Epson Corporation and continues to develop and manufacture watches using Japanese watchmaking expertise. While many models are manufactured in Japan, some entry-level models are assembled in Thailand or other Orient/Epson facilities outside Japan under Japanese quality standards.

What materials are used in Orient watches?

Orient watches are Japanese watches made with materials such as stainless steel, sapphire or mineral crystal, leather straps, and in-house mechanical movements.

Is the watch authentic?

Yes, all watches sold on our website are 100% authentic. We are an official distributor of Orient watches, and all products are sourced directly from the brand or authorized channels. Each watch undergoes strict quality checks before shipping to ensure authenticity and condition. Depending on the model, the watch may also come with original packaging, a warranty card, and official documentation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship across the UAE?

Yes, we ship to all Emirates via express courier, free of charge. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes,we offer international shipping. We currently ship to Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and India. The estimated delivery time for all international orders is 5 business days.

Does the price displayed on the website for deliveries to India include customs duties and import taxes?

No, the prices listed on our website reflect only the cost of the watch, inclusive of shipping, and do not include any customs duties. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the customs regulations of recipient country.

As these fees vary from country to country, we are unable to estimate or advise on specific amounts in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more accurate information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE only.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 10 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at accouaccounts4@ata-group.com if you need to make changes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. A return handling fee of AED 10 applies, which will be deducted from your refund.The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at accounts4@ata-group.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Who bears the return shipping cost?

A flat return handling fee of AED 10 is charged to cover return shipping and processing. This is deducted from your refund amount.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES

Do Orient watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All Orient and Orient Star watches purchased from us come with an official manufacturer 3-year international warranty, providing coverage against manufacturing defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance rating, or normal wear and tear.
